Established in 1983. The original dealership in Culver City was 5000 square feet in 1983. The current dealership at Marina del Rey started at 20,000 sq.ft., and now we have over 40,000 sq ft., an enjoyable place to hang-out. Bill and Ron Bartels established the dealership in 1983, years before owning a HOG was fashionable. Success came only from relentless hard work and a sound commitment to the customer. With the support of his wife Merle, and later their partner Forrest Nolin, Bartels' Harley-Davidson® has become the Hang Out we all enjoy.
